Make checks payable to Connie Seale fbo PPQG.  Your payment confirms your reservation in the workshop.  Workshop participants will be given full refunds if they cancel at least 30 days prior to the workshop date.  If a participant cancels after the 30-day period and consequently the workshop enrollment drops to fewer than 10 participants, there will be no refund unless a substitute is found.  The participant is encouraged to find her own substitute whenever possible.  If a participant cancels after the 30-day period and the enrollment remains at or above the minimal 10 enrollment, a full refund will be given.
